A Homeschooling Mother of two teens, as well as being an entrepreneur with a home business, and continuing my own education, I know what it is to be stressed and busy with little time to take care for myself. But I also learned, when my own mother passed away at only 50 years old, that if I don’t make time to care for myself, I could be heading for burn-out, chronic disease or even death.

My vision for Symphony Herbs is that it becomes a gathering place for those who wish to live their life to the fullest; healthy and strong. When trying to achieve and maintain optimum health, one of the biggest hurdles in today’s world is the overwhelming amount of information on the internet. My intention is to make health and well-being simple to integrate into your life.
